WELMONT Park Residences continues at a steady pace.
During this period, the teams are working on the structure of the 5th floor. In parallel, installation works for the 1st-floor joinery have begun, while interior works are progressing according to schedule.
Plastering is being carried out on the 1st floor, and the site is preparing for the screed pouring stage. The project is progressing steadily, both structurally and in terms of interior finishes.
