In July, Block 1 reached an important milestone in the construction process: the last slab was poured, marking the completion of the structure on the top floor. Work continued in parallel with the interior partitions, installations and preparation of the spaces for the finishing stages.

At the same time, the Welmont Park Residence construction site expanded, with the start of work on Block 2. The first infrastructure works were carried out, including the preparation and pouring of the foundation, marking the beginning of a new stage for the complex.
