At 12 Tiberiu Eremia, the structure has been completed for both buildings. Masonry works are underway on the 3rd floor of Building A and the 2nd floor of Building B, while interior plastering has started in both stairwells. In parallel, the terraces are being prepared for the waterproofing system.
