At 12 Tiberiu Eremia, the work pace remains strong, with a focus on technical details and durability. The exterior insulation system is being applied, and ventilation ducts are being installed to ensure a controlled, efficient indoor climate. In the access area, a hydrocarbon separator pit has been completed, while the retaining wall for the underground parking ramp is currently underway. Meanwhile, the teams are finalizing the façade details, preparing the residential complex for the next stages of development.
