ROKMAN Evolution Development is a real estate developer from Brașov, active in construction since 2007.

What ROKMAN project is currently under construction?
The active project is WELMONT Park Residences, located in the area Bartholomew – Cristian Road, 150 m from the new Multipurpose Hall, 4 km from the Old Center and 10 km from Ghimbav International Airport.
The complex includes 247 modern apartments and 14 commercial spaces, developed according to the NZEB standard (Nearly Zero Energy Building), with photovoltaic panels, underfloor heating and premium finishes. The progress of the works is documented monthly in the construction site journal published on the website.
How can I check that ROKMAN delivers on time?
The most concrete proof is the projects already handed over: 31 Nicolae Labiș (July 2025), 12 Tiberiu Eremia and 49 Liviu Rebreanu (both completed in 2026). In addition, ROKMAN publishes monthly construction site logs for ongoing projects — regularly updated with photos and work stages — so anyone can track the actual progress of construction before making a purchasing decision.

- Guarantee for good execution — 3 years, according to Law 10/1995, for buildings in importance category C.
- Warranty for hidden defects of the resistance structure and of the thermal, electrical and sanitary installations.
- Commercial guarantees for the materials and equipment used, for the duration established by the manufacturer or supplier.
What construction standard does ROKMAN apply and what facilities are included?
All ROKMAN apartments come with premium amenities: underfloor heating, smart metering, top-class parquet, high-quality soundproofed joinery and carefully selected ceramic tiles.
At WELMONT, bathroom furniture is included and there is the possibility to customize certain finishes from the ROKMAN palette. WELMONT is also the first ROKMAN project built to standard NZEB, with partial power from renewable sources through photovoltaic panels — which means lower maintenance costs for tenants.
