Our city is developing in an accelerated environment, attracting more and more investors and real estate buyers. We are happy and proud of this, because at Rokman we choose to see the positive side of things.
Urban Expansion
So, urban expansion is a real phenomenon that will change our lives, here in Brașov. For the better, we at Rokman firmly believe. The National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising (ANCPI) tells us that, in 2023, over 500 building permits were issued in Brașov, an increase of 15% compared to the previous year. This signals a growing interest in real estate development and we expect thousands of new housing units to be added in the coming years.
Growth of the Residential Sector
The residential sector in Brașov is on a continuous rise, reflected in both sales statistics and prices. In the first half of 2024, the average price per square meter of housing increased by approximately 10%, reaching 1,800 euros. This trend is supported by high demand from young families and professionals, who are looking for a place to live that balances quality and cost.
Brașov, irresistible
With a perfect blend of its historical charm and the impetuosity of modernization, Brașov is more attractive than ever. Our city is famous for its medieval architecture and spectacular mountain landscapes and is now undergoing an intense modernization process. The variety of investment opportunities, whether we are talking about residential or commercial properties, benefits from an improved infrastructure and a stable economic environment.
Brașov is on a path of transformation and accelerated growth, due to urban expansion and the development of the residential sector. We, at Rokman, are proud to actively contribute to this evolution, through developed apartments and guaranteed quality. The city offers valuable opportunities for all those who are interested in exploring the real estate market in Brașov. If you want to take advantage of the potential of this market, now is the ideal time to get involved and be part of this evolution.
