2024 was a year of development, not only in project sites, but also in terms of vision, team and recognition. It was the year in which we laid a solid foundation for what is to come. We opened three sites, sold over 90 apartments and strengthened the brand Rockman as a reference name in the real estate market in Brașov. Now we are on the right track and ready for an even more ambitious stage.
2025 begins with the opening of the first showroom in the 31 Nicolae Labiș project, where customers can see the details of finishes and amenities. The first apartment handovers and the launch of new projects that will continue Rokman's development and bring added value to the city follow. We move forward at the same pace, raise standards and constantly evolve – as we have intended from the beginning.
Status of Active Projects
At 31 Nicolae Labiș, the first showroom is completed. The team is working hard to ensure that the apartments are delivered on time.
At 12 Tiberiu Eremia, the supporting structure is in place, and masonry has begun. The project is progressing according to plan.
At 49 Liviu Rebreanu, the supporting structure is rising rapidly, and the building is beginning to take its final shape. The work is progressing steadily, and each stage brings us closer to the moment when the apartments will become homes for their new owners.
